In order to prevent burr deformation, micrometer with sensor is applied in the test.The burr of products is caused by the wear of punches and button dies. In this experiment, because the wear of button dies is not obvious, it is ignored. In fact, as shown in the pictures (Pictures 3.5.7) of tested tips, punches are worn, but button dies are hardly worn. On the other hand, the height of burr is an evaluation method for product precision.
