The edge sinking may also appeared by high temperature.(2)Because the product was processed before coating, the adjustment can not carried out if the shape deformation occurred.(3)The base material itself may impact the quality of coating layer.CrN coating treatment has the features of high hardness and preventing abrasion, meltage, corrosion, and acidification. By the outstanding performance within the working environment of high temperature and heavy corrosion, CrN is mainly applied for pressing dies, but also suitable for punches and slide components. DLC is a kind of carbon film, named by its rigidity as diamond. It has the features of high hardness, extremely low friction coefficients, and self-lubrication, which are applied for adhesive nonferrous material punching operation and light load slide or bending parts. DLC(Diamond Like Carbon)CMTi is a special ion nitriding treatment which is based on improving the physical property of vapor deposition surface, continuously forming multiple titanium layers(TiC+TiCN+TiN)on the base material. Compare to conventional physical vapor deposition (PVD) method; the lower ion nitriding layer improved the adhesiveness of the base material and titanium layer, in order to provide higher layer hardness.
