The Company shall not disclose the personal data supplied by clients to any third
parties without prior consent by the clients themselves, except in the following
cases:
・Disclosing clients’ personal data after receiving their consent,
・Disclosing clients’ personal data in conformity with the requirements of laws or
authorities, and
・Disclosing clients’ personal data within a limited scope as may be needed by the
Company’s subcontractors so that the Company may offer better service to the clients.
In this case the Company shall demand the subcontractors to correctly manage the
clients’ personal data by concluding necessary agreements or in a similar manner. |

The Company shall obtain personal data by lawful and fair means and within the scope
necessary for implementing its operations. |

The Company shall cope promptly and with sincerity with a client’s request in terms
of the handling of personal data under the regulations of laws and ordinances, if
he/she requests the Company to disclose or revise his/her own personal data, suspend
the introduction of commodities and service to him/her, and/or delete such data. |

personal data protection policy to ensure the clients’ personal data to be strictly
